Colombia Supremo Narino

這是最近買入的新豆子,已經烘培過三次 (其中的一次在 clkao 的咖啡機中)。一次淺烘,大約在二爆開始時結束。另兩次則是大約是二爆完成後結束。

基本上,這款豆子在我這裡有很濃厚的特色表現。淺烘時酸味明顯,在一入口時就能明顯感受到。而當使用中度烘培時,味道醇厚,還帶有一些淺淡的果酸。 剛入口或許沒有明顯感受,可是味道在舌根跟喉嚨卻能留下非常香醇的味道。而且中度烘培時不太會察覺苦味,對於剛開始喝 espresso 的人也許更能夠接受。
