生活奶茶

自從有人進駐茶葉產地之後,坪林奶茶忽然變成我們的另一種生活樂趣。從一開始買錯茶葉,想用清茶煮奶茶,接著想辦法泡出想像中的奶茶。等到慢慢可以掌握之後,又可以玩一些有趣的東西。

用咖啡機打奶泡放上奶茶應該是很平常的一種吧,據說有種名稱叫做「拿鐵茶」? :)

因為本來的奶茶就是用蜂蜜來調味,今天忽然突發奇想,決定用基隆名產 - 「全家福湯圓」特製的桂花蜜來調製我的奶茶。

之前吃湯圓時很喜歡喝加上桂花蜜的湯,因為他的甜度沒有一般蜂蜜那麼高,可是卻有很香的桂花味。

桂花奶茶的香味沒有那麼濃厚,不過搭配原來的茶香倒也特殊。而且其實好像還有很多材料可以拿來玩的。
