坪林奶茶

其實之前寫過一篇「生活奶茶」,是寫關於我在坪林奶茶中加入桂花蜜的部份。剛剛有人希望我能寫關於奶茶的作法,在經過 sponsor 的交換後,我現在就把作法貼出來了。

其實幾乎所有的奶茶作法都大同小異,只是我們最近都是用坪林的茶葉。
如果你打算用坪林茶葉,千萬要記得買半熟茶,否則清茶用在奶茶中實在沒甚麼味道。而且用粗茶也就夠了,所謂的粗茶就是沒挑過樹枝的茶葉,但是對於用來煮奶茶倒也夠用! :)
煮奶茶其實非常容易,就跟一般時候煮茶沒甚麼兩樣。只是煮完茶之後,就把蜂蜜加入,多寡就根據自己的喜好。
茶的部份準備好之後,就只要把牛奶加進去就可以了。當然,牛奶的量也是大學問,我最早之前是用某人提過的 1:1,後來也用過直接全部牛奶煮的「高貴奶茶」。
這次發現應該還是有比較恰當的比例,至少今天的茶:牛奶 = 4:6 好像是不錯的選擇,只是下次可能試試其他的調配比例。 :)
