奶泡拉花

其實對於奶泡拉花,還是有贊成以及反對兩種聲音。當然兩邊都有自己堅持的理由,不過咖啡,原來就應該專注在咖啡的那種特殊香味與口感上。
話雖如此,連做菜都要強調色,香,味俱全,況且是更讓人感覺文藝的咖啡。而要弄出可以拉出漂亮花樣的奶泡,在一般人的家裡,確實是比較不容易的。除了奶泡 要細,還不能太過濃厚,要保有充足的流動性。當然,咖啡的搭配更不可少,要先弄出有足夠 Crema 的 espresso,先天的條件的齊全之後,還要手藝夠巧,才能讓奶泡在咖啡上雕出美麗的圖案,而我卻總是在最後的步驟功虧一匱。難得弄出比較像樣的圖案, 可惜對相機太不熟悉。 :/
