北宜開通是利空？

當初北宜高還在蓋的時候，大家都一直幻想通車之後就可以大幅減少台北，宜蘭的通車時間，對宜蘭的觀光發展應該會有相當的挹注。不過從今天的新聞看來，事實似乎並非如此。而且查了一下網路的資料，好像不單單只是童玩節停辦這麼簡單。因為連國際名校划船賽，跟搶孤大概也都不再舉行，或早就停了。
