懶人咖啡 (三)

假設器材，咖啡豆都準備齊全，那麼接下來就可以進入實戰階段，也就是要開始煮咖啡了。當然，既然主要是義式咖啡，重頭戲就是要先煮一杯可口的 espresso。不過這其實不是一件很簡單的事，尤其對於咖啡錙銖必較的人來說，能有一杯味道純正的 espresso 才是幸福的開始。而且如何用心，精準的煮出好的 espresso 更是一門學問。
