為什麼要強迫消費？

剛剛看到這篇，據說消費券不能拿來繳稅。
也就是說，馬區長要用大家交的稅金，然後卻只能拿來消費。
看起來就像政府規定每個人要拿自己的 3600 出來買東西，而且還不能不答應。
然後還要規定你的錢只能買這個，或只能買那個。
這樣的政府，還不如無政府吧......
